Press Turbo Dambase 5 to download the program.
Press Help (Dutch) to download the dutch help file.
Press Help (English) to download the english help file.
  • You may try the evaluation version of Turbo Dambase free of charge for a period of 30 days.
  • After the evaluation period, you have to buy the program for continued use.
Follow these steps after downloading to install and run Turbo Dambase:
  • Unzip the zip file with WinZip. Press here if you don't have Winzip.
  • One of the unzipped files is SETUP.EXE. Run SETUP.EXE to install Turbo Dambase.
  • During installation follow the instructions on your screen.
  • During installation a purple short cut is created on your desktop titled 'Tdam50'.
To start the program:
  • (double) click the shortcut
  • or select Start/Programs/Tdam50
To change the program language:
  • Choose menu option Instellen/Opties.
  • Choose in Opties window tab sheet Taal.
  • Select at Programma taal de language you wish.
  • Press <Ok>.
To change the game type:
  • Choose menu option Options/Game types and select the game type you wish.
To replay a game:
  • Choose menu option Database/Open and open the database "DEMOGAMES".
  • Choose menu option Database/Games to see a list with all the games contained in the database.
  • The first game is marked (it has a dark band). Press <Enter> to load this game.
  • The games list disappears and the main window on which you can replay the moves becomes visible again.
  • Use the replay buttons below the board, or use the cursor keys, to replay the game.
  • See the help file for further instructions (menu option Help/Help).
